Arrest Made After Lengthy Investigation; Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office Locates Justin P. Nadeau

ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, N.H. — The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office reports that deputies arrested Justin P. Nadeau on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, in North Conway, N.H., following a lengthy investigation into his whereabouts.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, Nadeau was wanted on a Rockingham County Superior Court warrant for non-appearance in court on underlying charges of Theft by Deception, Financial Exploitation of an Elderly, Disabled, or Impaired Adult, Falsifying Physical Evidence, and Forgery. In addition to that warrant, Nadeau was also the subject of a Contempt Capias issued by the 10th Circuit – Family Division – Portsmouth.
After his arrest, Nadeau was transported to the Rockingham County Jail, where he was held on $485,178.14 cash bail.
The Sheriff’s Office extended its appreciation to the Conway Police Department and the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office for assistance during the investigation and arrest.
