Donation of High-Visibility Vests to Rochester Fire and Somersworth Police

ROCHESTER/SOMERSWORTH, N.H. — Scanner Alerts Media Group LLC, through Rochester NH Scanner Alerts and Strafford County Scanner Alerts, has donated 72 high-visibility traffic vests in response to the recent serious-injury pedestrian crash in Rochester and the fatal crash in Somersworth. Thirty-six vests have been provided to the Rochester Fire Department and thirty-six to the Somersworth Police Department.
Delivery is expected tomorrow. The Rochester Fire Department will make vests available through its Prevention Division/Public Educator. For availability during business hours, call 603-335-7545. For Somersworth inquiries, contact the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 603-692-3131.
This donation is intended to support distribution to individuals who may need enhanced visibility near roadways.
