Dover Motorcyclist Arrested After 123 MPH Stop on Route 28 in Wolfeboro

A Dover man was taken into custody after a State Trooper clocked his motorcycle at 123 mph in a 55 mph zone on Route 28, highlighting a high-speed stop that led to a reckless driving charge.


At 6:02 p.m. on Sunday, October 5, 2025, Trooper Patrick Tanner of the Troop E barracks observed a 2022 Aprilia RSV4 1100 traveling 123 mph eastbound on Route 28. The rider was stopped and identified as Casey Arsenault, 20, of Dover.


Arsenault was arrested for reckless driving, processed at the Carroll County House of Corrections, and released on personal recognizance bail. He is scheduled to appear in Ossipee District Court on Wednesday, November 26, 2025.
