Ryan Mooney, 41, of Dalton
Additional charges were also filed, police said:
Ryan Gauthier: six counts of Willful Concealment
Crystal Pilotte: six counts of Willful Concealment
Ryan Mooney: one count of Willful Concealment
Police alleged the group conspired to steal merchandise valued at thousands of dollars from the store.
Investigation Details
Police said the activity was discovered and reported by Home Depot Asset Protection Specialists, and that their assistance was instrumental to the investigation.
Chief Paul J. Smith said the case reflected work by investigators and cooperation with Home Depot’s asset protection team, and he stated that organized retail theft impacts consumers through higher prices.
Court Information
All four individuals were released on personal recognizance bail and are scheduled to be arraigned on April 14, 2026, at Littleton District Court, police said.
