Sex Offender Arrested in Manchester for Providing False Address to NH Registry

A Massachusetts man was arrested in Manchester after investigators determined he provided false address information to the New Hampshire State Police Sex Offender Registry.

According to the release, on September 12, 2025, detectives from the NHSP Sex Offender Registry obtained an arrest warrant for James Fuller, 61, of Massachusetts, who is required to register as a Tier III Offender in New Hampshire. The investigation found Fuller reported a Haverhill, Massachusetts address where he claimed to be residing; further investigation determined the information was false.
Fuller was taken into custody in Manchester on September 12, 2025, and charged with one felony count of NH RSA 651:b-9 VI (duty to report). He is scheduled to be arraigned in Merrimack District Court on Tuesday, October 21, 2025.
