STOLEN MOTORCYCLE INVESTIGATION RESULTS IN ARREST

TWIN MOUNTAIN, N.H. – A Rumney man was arrested on multiple charges, including the theft of a motorcycle.
At 7:10 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2025, State Troopers assigned to the Troop F barracks received a report that a 2007 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide was stolen from a home in Warren.
Only 20 minutes later, Troopers located a pickup truck towing a trailer with the stolen motorcycle on it. The driver of the pickup truck was identified as Charles Bixby, 36, of Rumney.
Bixby was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking, driving with a suspended license, and disobeying a police officer.
Bixby was released on personal recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Plymouth District Court on Monday, Jan. 22, 2026.
