Head-On Crash Closes Route 108 in Rochester; Injuries Not Yet Released

A section of Route 108 (Rochester Hill Road) was shut down Saturday night after a head-on collision left two vehicles heavily damaged and emergency crews working the scene just before 9 p.m.

According to initial information, Rochester Police, Fire, and EMS responded to the area of 130 Rochester Hill Road for the crash. Arriving companies found two vehicles with significant damage. No details about injuries were immediately available.

Both vehicles were towed by Real Mitchell Towing. Rochester Fire responded with Engine 2, Engine 4, a rescue unit, and Car 4. The roadway remained closed until the vehicles were removed.
