CONCORD, N.H. — An 18-year-old Milford resident was arrested early Friday after a high-speed pursuit on Interstate 93.

At 12:16 a.m. on November 14, State Troopers from the Troop D barracks attempted to stop a vehicle on I-93 northbound for reckless operation and operating without functioning taillights. The driver did not stop. Troopers activated emergency lights and sirens as the vehicle accelerated and continued north.

The vehicle was identified as a white 2021 Toyota RAV4. During the pursuit, the RAV4 reached speeds exceeding 115 mph. Troopers reported that the driver failed to stay within the lane, crossed over the fog lines on both shoulders multiple times, and nearly collided with other vehicles while traveling northbound.

The pursuit continued into Canterbury. Just before mile marker 48.8, the driver nearly left the roadway but regained control, moved into the right breakdown lane, and brought the vehicle to a stop. Troopers took the driver into custody without further incident.

The driver was identified as Tyler Neumann, 18, of Milford. The on-scene investigation determined that impairment was not a factor.

Neumann was charged with:

  • Reckless conduct with a deadly weapon (felony)

  • Disobeying an officer (misdemeanor)

  • Operating without a valid license (misdemeanor)

  • Reckless operation (violation)

  • Lane control (violation)

  • Tail lamp/reflector (violation)

Neumann was processed and released on personal recognizance bail. He is scheduled to be arraigned in Concord District Court on Friday, December 12, 2025.
