New Hampshire State Police are asking for the public’s help to identify and locate a driver who left the scene of a crash on Interstate 93 northbound in Derry that sent a Massachusetts man to the hospital with serious injuries.

State Troopers assigned to the Troop B barracks responded at 10:20 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 19, to a reported crash on I-93 northbound near mile marker 9.6 in Derry.
Emergency Response and Timeline
Police said the preliminary investigation indicates a 2025 Mazda CX-9, operated by Tyler Stafford, 38, of Taunton, Massachusetts, collided with the rear of another vehicle. The Mazda was disabled as a result of the crash.
Officials said the driver of the vehicle that was struck did not stop.
Stafford suffered serious injuries and was transported to a regional hospital for treatment, police said.
The State Police were assisted at the scene by the Derry and Windham fire departments. The two right lanes of I-93 northbound were closed for approximately two hours during the investigation.
