ROCHESTER, N.H. — Rochester Police arrested Ethan Saint-Val, 22, of Rochester, on November 4, 2025, for Disorderly Conduct following a traffic stop on Wakefield Street. According to police, the stop was initiated after officers observed a vehicle with modified emissions that produced sounds consistent with gunfire.
Saint-Val was issued a hand summons for a violation-level offense and given a court date of December 16, 2025, at the 7th Circuit Rochester Court.
