HENNIKER, N.H. — A multi-agency investigation that began in August has resulted in the arrests of two 51-year-olds on numerous felony sexual assault charges tied to incidents alleged to have occurred in Carroll, Henniker, Dunbarton, Weare, and Hillsboro, according to police.
The Henniker Police Department reports it was notified of a sexual assault allegation on August 19, 2025. Following a coordinated investigation among several departments, two individuals were charged and arrested on October 23, 2025.

Two counts of Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault (incest)
One count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (engaging in sexual activity)
Douglas Frechette, 51 — charged with:
Ten counts of Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault (incest)
Three counts of Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault without Penetration under 13 (incest)
