ROCKLAND, Maine — Rockland Police arrested a transient man on December 22, 2025, following a complaint at a local hotel that led officers to allege he was in violation of court-ordered release conditions and in possession of fentanyl intended for trafficking.
According to Rockland Police, officers responded to a complaint at a local hotel on December 22, 2025, and arrested Mark Gagne, 43, listed as transient, for violation of conditions of release.
