New Hampshire State Police arrested a Raymond man early Thursday after locating a vehicle requested in a Massachusetts State Police BOLO tied to an earlier incident in East Boston in which a trooper was dragged, officials said.

Incident Overview
New Hampshire State Police said Troopers were notified just after 2:30 a.m. of a Massachusetts State Police BOLO for a black 2021 BMW 5 Series sought in connection with an earlier incident in East Boston in which the driver dragged a Massachusetts State Police Trooper.
Traffic Stop and Arrest
Police said Trooper Patrick Vetter observed the BMW traveling on I-95 North in Seabrook at 3:07 a.m. Troopers followed the vehicle as it exited at Exit 1 and, with additional Troopers and Seabrook Police officers, conducted a traffic stop on Stard Road.
Police said the driver and only occupant, Binit Bikram Shah, 27, of Raymond, was taken into custody.
Charges and Court Information
During the on-scene investigation, Troopers determined Shah showed signs of impairment, police said. NH State Police said Shah was arrested on the charges listed above and was held at the Rockingham County Jail pending an appearance scheduled in Hampton District Court later that morning.
