Human Remains Found in Clinton; Identification Pending

Maine State Police, assisting the Clinton Police Department in a missing person investigation, discovered human remains Tuesday morning in a field off Route 100 in Clinton.

According to the release, the remains were located at approximately 11:30 a.m. on October 7, 2025. They have been transported to the Office of Chief Medical Examiner in Augusta for identification and to determine cause and manner of death. The investigation is ongoing.
