NEWTON, N.H. — Over the weekend, Officer Addonizio of the Newton Police Department responded to a domestic disturbance at a residence previously known to police. After a thorough on-scene investigation, Ryan Howard was taken into custody and charged with Domestic Violence Simple Assault for assaulting a family member. According to the department, the case is scheduled for arraignment on Tuesday, November 18, at the Brentwood District Court.
The department emphasized the availability of local support and resources for anyone experiencing domestic violence. As part of that reminder, Newton Police highlighted HAVEN’s 24-hour support line and encouraged community members to seek help or contact police when needed.
