Search Warrant Executed

According to Attorney General John M. Formella, Bow Police executed a search warrant at Yihong Spa on Tuesday with assistance from the New Hampshire Department of Justice and Homeland Security Investigations.

The search was conducted as part of an investigation that authorities said has been underway for several months.

Investigators are examining whether individuals associated with the business engaged in criminal conduct, including human trafficking and prostitution-related offenses.

No Arrests Announced

Authorities said no arrests have been made at this time.

The investigation remains active and ongoing, and the Attorney General’s Office said additional criminal charges may be brought as the investigation continues.

Statewide Enforcement Effort

The Attorney General’s Office said the investigation is part of an ongoing statewide effort targeting illicit massage businesses and human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation that may occur within them.

According to the Attorney General’s Office, the state launched a targeted enforcement initiative in 2024 involving local, state and federal partners.

The Department said its efforts include criminal investigations, regulatory enforcement and a Landlord Engagement Program that works with property owners to identify and address illicit massage businesses operating on their properties.

Authorities said enforcement efforts are focused on traffickers, business operators and sex buyers, rather than individuals who may themselves be victims of exploitation.
