Police said Limacher refused to leave the property after multiple warnings and was arrested for Criminal Trespass (Class E). Police said he was released from jail.
Later the same day, Brewer Police said officers responded to a South Main Street business after an off-duty employee received a phone call indicating a pizza was being delivered to the closed business, where no one should have been present. Officers arrived and located Limacher at the address, police said.
Police said Limacher was arrested a second time that day and charged with Criminal Trespass (Class E) and Violation of Conditional Release (Class E). Police said he was released from jail.
Feb. 19 Arrest
On Feb. 19, 2026, Brewer Police said officers responded to a report of a male sleeping in a different closed business on North Main Street. Officers arrived, located Limacher, and arrested him again, police said.
Police said he was charged with Criminal Trespass (Class E) and Violation of Conditional Release (Class E).
